Zing Green Products wants to ensure that your order arrives on time. Our standard delivery method is UPS ground. If you need it even quicker choose one of our express delivery options (Order must be placed by 5:00 pm CST). Please note that your shipping price reflects our UPS discount. We pass our savings onto you the customer.

RETURNS: MUST be pre-authorized by ZING Enterprises. Customer pays return freight and 15% restocking charge. Please call Customer Service at 630-636-6188 or email zinggreenproducts@gmail.com for a Return Authorization Number. NOTE: Because of the unprecedented impact on supply chains, Zing does not accept returns on COVID-19 products. The list of COVID-19 products can be found here.

DAMAGES: Title transfers at time of shipment. Buyer is responsible for filing damage claim with carrier. ZING Enterprises is not responsible for damages caused by carrier.
